The Swift Fund for the Arts is proud to announce our fourth annual music scholarship for graduating seniors in Delphos,
Ohio. The postmark deadline for submittal is April 17, 2010. If you are interested in submitting for this scholarship,

encouraged to apply.

RULES GOVERNING SCHOLARSHIP
Applicant must be a graduating student at Delphos Jefferson High School in Delphos, Ohio.
Applicant must obtain two (2) letters of recommendation. These letters should be signed (including person’s title), sealed in an envelope, and dated. One letter should be from a school counselor, teacher, or administrator, and one letter should be from a music teacher.
Only complete applications submitted in one packet will be considered. Incomplete applications, including those missing letters of recommendation or essays, or those submitted incorrectly are discarded.
No applications or portions thereof will be accepted by fax or e-mail.
Applications postmarked after the April 17, 2010 deadline will not be accepted. There will be no exceptions.
The Swift Fund for the Arts will notify you as soon as possible regarding your status.
